Dr Aileen Burnett is a Clinical Psychologist and the parent of two children, one of whom is autistic and has ARFID. She has worked with various professional over the year to develop an understanding of her son and his difficulties with food and eating, and has tried lots of strategies and approaches, mostly unsuccessfully! She is keen to raise awareness of ARFID and the challenges it provides to family life, and to support the development of pathways of care.
