In the first part of the session the development from inpatient and day patient treatment to home treatment is explained. Moreover, the concept of our study and outcome of our pilot home treatment trial will be presented, including the comments of parents and patients. In the last part the increase of young patients with AN in Germany after the Covid pandemic will be demonstrated and its consequences for the course of our study.
