Renee is a leading Sports Dietitian and Eating Disorder specialist with 20 years of experience working in clinical and performance nutrition.
Renee has 10 years NHS experience, training and working in services across two London Teaching Hospitals, Bristol Children’s’ and the Royal United Hospital during over this period, working with both adults and children with nutritional needs, disordered eating and the whole complex gamut of associated mental and physical health challenges.
Renee is the founder of Team Renee McGregor, managing a leading multi-disciplinary team of practitioners, specialising in supporting individuals of all ages in their recovery from eating disorders and providing nutritional, fitness and behavioural change strategies for balance and wellbeing in their lives.
She has worked with athletes across the globe including supporting Olympic (London, 2012), Paralympic (Rio, 2016) and Commonwealth (Queensland, 2018) teams, providing teams and individuals with performance level nutrition and exercise guidance. She is currently the Nutrition Lead for English and Scottish National Ballet and is regularly asked to work directly with high performing and professional athletes that have developed a dysfunctional relationship with food that is impacting their performance, health, and career.
