Zoë Summers a 34-year-old Communications Manager living in Croydon with her husband and two cats. She suffered from Binge Eating Disorder and Bulimia on and off throughout childhood, adolescence and young adulthood, culminating in a severe episode in 2019, which was compounded by the first lockdown. She has been in recovery since January 2021 and is passionate about raising awareness, deepening understanding and eliminating the shame and stigma associated with eating disorders.
