I’m Chloe Bell and I am 19 years old. I struggled with anorexia when I was 15 in the midst of GCSE’s, as well as COVID-19.
I was provided with support from CEDS (Children’s Eating Disorder Services) for 2 years, with now being discharged from these services for almost 2 years.
Choosing recovery enabled me to live my life the way I wanted to, not how anorexia wanted me to, and I can definitely say I’m now living my life to the fullest!
I love travelling with my boyfriend, he’s also been a great support system for me.
I’ve been able to get an degree apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying, as well as achieve things I never thought I would.
Recovery means a lot to me, so volunteering is my way of giving support, I know personally how challenging it is, and would like anyone struggling to know that there is life after an eating disorder.
