Dr Moritz Herle

I am a lecturer in psychology at the Social, Genetic & Developmental Psychiatry Centre. My research focuses on the origins and development of eating behaviours, childhood weight and their impact on later health outcomes such as obesity and eating disorders. In addition to these disciplines, I have a strong interest in quantitative, especially longitudinal and mediation research methods, leveraging data collected from longitudinal cohort studies, aiming to understand developmental processes and elucidation bio-behavioural mechanism to understand the onset of health outcomes and psychiatric disorders
