Dr Anne Worrall-Davies

Anne is the senior psychiatric lead (children and young people) for the national Learning Disability and Autism programme at NHS England, and a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has extensive experience of delivering front-line services including looking after young people with an eating disorder in both inpatient and outreach settings. Regionally and nationally, she has worked with providers and commissioners to improve the quality of care for children, young people and adults with mental health problems, who are autistic or who have a learning disability. Anne is also mum to an autistic young man with a learning disability, and she brings this lived experience to her professional life.
