Lee Martin has been practicing as a registered dietitian for 16 years and has worked across primary, secondary and tertiary care as well as in academia. In 2018 he was appointed as the UK’s first Neurogastroenterology Dietitian at University College London Hospital (UCLH) where he works currently. In this role Lee works closely with the GI Physiology Unit and Neurogastroenterology Consultants in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He has a clinical practice and research interest in adult ARFID, investigating ways to better assess, define and treat ARFID within gastroenterology settings.
