Hannah Hickinbotham is the founder of Full of Beans, an eating disorder awareness podcast dedicated to reducing stigma and amplifying the voices of those with lived experience. Through conversations with those with lived experience of an eating disorder, clinicians, and researchers, Hannah creates a space where people can access information, feel validated, and connect through shared stories.
Drawing on her own lived experience of atypical anorexia, body dysmorphia, and ADHD, Hannah is passionate about broadening the conversation beyond stereotypes. She is passionate about breaking stigma, amplifying lived experience voices, and creating spaces where people feel seen, understood, and less alone.
